Super early punky Devo. If you can be bothered to sit through a pretty crappy quality video, it's worth it to hear Gut Feeling and see Mark Mothersbaugh ripping clothes and walrus moustaches off his band members. Awesome!
And if want to see them a year later performing in hotpants...ha
